The Role

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will be a core part of our early team, working directly with the founders to shape our product, technical architecture, and engineering culture. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a builder who thrives on ownership and wants to solve complex, real-world problems in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Build core product features across the full stack.
• Develop complex travel workflows involving trips, bookings, and automated policy enforcement.
• Integrate global supplier APIs and external travel services.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows, including tool-calling and validation logic.
• Collaborate on product strategy and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback.
• Design and work on internal AI models.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data models.
• Comfortable working across the full stack when necessary.
• Product-minded engineer who loves shipping high-quality code to solve user needs.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and startup hustle.
• Excited by AI agents, travel tech, and building a company from the ground up.
• Experience with Go is helpful but not required; experience with B2B SaaS or AI is a plus.
